Where are the products shipped from?

Our products are stored in warehouses in the USA, Canada and Australia. Should you order from one of these countries we will ship your product from the warehouse in your country.

Where do you deliver to?

Our delivery area is limited. You can order your MyHarness™ in the United-States, Canada & Australia.

How is my order shipped?

We ship our goods from our warehouses in the USA, Canada and Australia.

Why does it take so long?

Furthermore our custom harness is printed and packed by hand.

You can choose optional Checkout Premium shipping and your order will be processed with priority and you will receive your order faster.

How can I track my order?

To track your order you only need your email and your order number which you received by email after your purchase.

Dog Harness Questions

How do I know which size I need?

We have created a table with all the information. You can find the table on the product page.

Can I have just one name printed on the tape?

Of course, you can also print only your dog's name on the MyHarness. To do this, please leave the field "Phone number" blank.  

Are you sure my dog isn't still dragging?

That depends on the make of the harness. Our harnesses on the other hand were designed to be a training tool to alleviate and eliminate the amount of pulling dogs dish out on walks. The side ring technology is what makes this work in addition to the distribution and structure of the fabric. 

In addition, we offer you a training book to teach you and your dog how to walk properly on a leash. You will receive this together with your invoice as eBook (PDF).
